Hydrogen Electrolyser
The Electrolyser-System produces high-purity (humid) hydrogen out of (demineralised) ultra-pure water. A multipurpose LC-Display shows system values like gas pressure, current, temperatures and the state of the pump and the internal water reservoir.
Touch-screen is available for HE 2000 and larger models.
The operating pressures can be pre-selected and set to minimum of 2 and maximum of 50 bar. Pressure between 2 and 10 bar is standard on all generator models.
Our electrolyser-cells are made out of titanium-based materials and fiber-reinforced membranes. This robust construction ensures a reliable process even in non-stop operation applications. The membranes facilitate the electrolysis of hydrogen without any further additives like alkali based solutions. The operating time of the membranes is approx. 22.000 hours. Water is pumped continuously from the internal water tank to the electrode-cell-stack.
The HE 5000 produces Hydrogen on demand. The electrolysis-current and the hydrogen production adjust automatically. The produced Oxygen is vented into the atmosphere.
